Rasta Rhino makes premium natural hemp rolling papers and grinders, born from a simple love. For rhinos, for the wild places they call home, and for the people who make South Africa what it is.
OUR MISSION
Make the everyday mean a little more.
Rasta Rhino was born from a simple love for rhinos and a belief that the things we enjoy every day can have a purpose beyond ourselves.
We donate 10% of our profits to causes that matter, with our commitment split equally between protecting rhinos and supporting our communities.
Half goes toward organizations working to protect, rehabilitate and preserve rhinos, the people on the ground doing the difficult work of keeping these incredible animals safe.
The other half goes back into the communities we call home, starting with the basics. Because for too many children, things as simple as shoes, clothing and the essentials for school aren't guaranteed.
We don't believe we need to do everything ourselves. We believe in finding people who are already doing good work and supporting them properly. So we partner with organizations that know their communities, understand the challenges and are already making a difference.

WHY RASTA RHINO EXISTS
It started with a shitty piece of rolling paper.
Rasta Rhino started with a couple of friends, under a tree, and a joint.
We were sitting around one day, smoking and talking, when the paper just wasn't doing the job. It was flimsy, it burned badly, and I looked at my friends and thought. Surely I can make better than this. I remember saying half joking, half serious " One day I'm going to create my own rolling paper, you guys deserve better than this!"
At the time, it was just an idea. But the idea stuck and when I started thinking about what that brand could become, I knew I didn't just want to make another pack of rolling papers. I wanted to create something that could give back to the place we call home.
A small ritual can make a bigger difference.
South Africa carries some of the richest wildlife heritage on the planet and some of the toughest challenges facing the people and communities who call it home.
Rhino poaching and habitat loss threaten a species we simply can't afford to lose. At the same time, everyday struggles, a child going without shoes or clothes for school, families facing hardship, communities without the resources they need play out across the country, often out of sight.
That's why Rasta Rhino exists.
We wanted our everyday ritual to mean something beyond the ritual itself.
Every purchase is a small, repeatable way to support the people doing something about both. The rangers protecting rhinos, and the organizations working to lift up communities across South Africa. Because we believe that something as simple as a better piece of paper can become part of something much bigger.
