Rasta Rhino uses The Courier Guys for courier deliveries.

Please inspect your package when it is delivered.
If your order appears to have been damaged during transportation, please notify Rasta Rhino as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.
We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, liaise with the courier regarding the delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
